The Heart Walk is the American Heart Association's premier event for raising funds to save lives from this country's Number 1 and Number 5 killers - heart disease and stroke. We've teamed up with the American Heart Association and HCA to create this limited edition 2024 American Heart Association KC Heart T-Shirt to help raise funds for this special cause. This shirt is available for PRESALE ONLY through August 1st-September 1st and will start shipping in mid-September.
